Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Main Responsibilities
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Requirements
The incumbent must have a university degree, previous experience is a must

Job Title: Customer Service telemarketing Officer
Main Responsibilities
Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers. Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals. Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
Requirements
The incumbent must have a university degree in Business Administration or any related field, previous experience in insurance is considered an advantage
