Benefits and Coverage

• Comprehensive coverage against natural disasters as well as other perils, Lightning, Explosion, Flood, Storm, Tempest, Earthquake, Aircraft Damage, Impact Damage, Strike Riot and Civil Commotion, Malicious Damage following Strike Riot and Civil Commotion, Bursting of Pipes and Overflowing of Water Tanks and Burglary upon Forcible Entry to or Exit from the premises.
• Damage and /or Loss caused by the accumulation of snow (on the top of the Garage).
• Insuring your property including Building, Home Contents, Furniture, and Personal Valuables.
• Cover for jewelry in a locked safe fixed to the wall up to a limit of 25% of Contents' Sum Insured.
• Covering Insured’s Legal Liability towards Landlord as a result of any material  loss and / or damage caused by Fire only up to 20% of Total Sum Insured with a maximum Limit of JD 20,000.- Any One Occurrence and in the Aggregate during policy period.
• Covering Insured’s Legal Liability towards Neighbors as a result of any material  loss and / or damage caused by Fire only up to 20% of Total Sum Insured with a maximum Limit of JD 20,000 Any One Occurrence and in the Aggregate during policy period.
• Loss of Rent with an annual Limit of JD 2,500 covering the first week of hotel accommodation up to a limit of JD 500
• Insuring boiler system fittings and accessories* (specify value and specifications).
• Deductibles:
• 1% of Total Sum Insured in respect of Natural Hazards Each and Every Loss.
• First JD 150 Each and Every Loss in respect of Other Insured Perils.

Rate:
1.1% of Total Sum Insured (One Jordanian Dinar and One Hundred Piaster for Every One Thousand Jordanian Dinars of Total Sum Insured) subject to 16% sales tax and 1% stamp fees minimum JD 75.
