Arab Orient Insurance Company won the silver award for the best website for the second year in a row from the Jordan web awards.

The Arab Orient Insurance Company won the EUROMONEY Magazine Award for the best insurance company in Jordan in 2009. In addition to the following awards:

• Best Insurer in Jordan
• Best Consultant for Insurance Risk Transfer
• Best Product Range
• Best for Claims Resolution
• Best for Innovation

In 2006, Arab Orient Insurance Company became the first and only insurance company to be rated B+ (very good) with stable outlook from A.M. Best rating agency. In 2009, A.M.Best revised the outlook from stable to positive. In May 2010, A.M.Best upgraded the financial rating of Arab Orient to B++ with stable outlook.

In June 2011 , A.M. Best  upgraded the issuer credit rating to "bbb+" from "bbb" and affirmed the financial strength rating of B++ (Good).
